Acceptable Use Policy

Submit only domains you own, operate, or are contractually authorized to analyze — plus publicly available competitor pages for benchmarking, at normal reading volumes.

Never use Reflyma to crawl a site that has asked you to stop, or to circumvent a block, paywall or login.

Our crawler identifies itself, honours robots.txt, follows page budgets and throttles requests. Attempting to defeat these safeguards, or to use Reflyma as a stress-testing or denial-of-service tool, is prohibited.

Requests to internal, private or loopback network addresses are blocked and must not be attempted.

Do not use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, malware distribution, phishing, scraping personal data, or generating deceptive content designed to manipulate AI answers with false claims.

Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, and do not use Reflyma to infringe intellectual property.

Prompt runs, crawls and API calls consume real provider cost. Automated loops that inflate usage, credential sharing across organizations, or reselling raw provider output as a competing model API are not permitted.

API keys must be kept secret and rotated if exposed. You are responsible for traffic sent with your keys.

We welcome responsible disclosure. Report vulnerabilities privately to reflyma@gmail.com and give us reasonable time to fix them before publishing. Do not access other customers' data while testing.

Depending on severity we may throttle, warn, suspend or terminate an account, and where necessary report activity to the relevant authorities. Where reasonable we contact you first so the issue can be corrected.
