Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every account starts on the free plan and our public tools are free to use, so you can validate that Reflyma fits your workflow before paying anything.

Paid plans are charged in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. Taxes may be added based on your billing country.

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan.

We do not delete your historical data on cancellation, but access to paid features and history beyond free-plan limits is restricted.

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge if the platform has not been used substantially (for example, no large crawls or report runs consumed).

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged after cancelling, were double-charged, or the platform was unavailable for a prolonged period, contact us and we will refund the affected amount.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

If a renewal payment fails we retry over a short grace period and email you. If payment is still not completed, paid features are disabled and the account moves to the free plan; no penalty fee is charged.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period so you keep what you already paid for.
