Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of reflyma.com you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Reflyma measures how brands appear in AI-generated answers. We run neutral research prompts across AI providers, crawl public pages of domains you submit, and turn the results into visibility metrics, reports and recommendations.

Reflyma is an analytics tool. Results depend on third-party model behaviour, which changes over time and is outside our control.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at reflyma@gmail.com about unauthorized use.

Organization owners and admins control member access and are responsible for their members' use of the service.

You may only submit domains you own or are authorized to analyze. You may not use Reflyma to attack, overload or scrape sites without permission, to bypass access controls, to resell raw provider output as your own model service, or to break any law.

We may rate limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. See the Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude any applicable taxes.

Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Failed payments may enter a grace period, after which paid features are disabled.

Each plan includes limits on projects, prompts, crawls, reports and API calls. We may enforce fair-use limits to protect platform stability, and will notify you before restricting an account for sustained excess usage.

You retain all rights to the data you submit and to the reports generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate and improve the service for you.

Reflyma retains all rights to the platform, its software, scoring methodology, design and brand. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the platform.

The service relies on AI providers and other vendors. Their availability, pricing, model versions and answers can change without notice, and outages on their side may affect your runs.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, citation, traffic or revenue outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or where required by law, and will give notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect and continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Reflyma's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: reflyma@gmail.com.
