What counts as a project?+

A project is one brand or domain you're tracking. Each project has its own topics, prompts, competitors and history.

Do the trial and free plan need a card?+

Free needs no card. The Pro trial asks for payment details in Gumroad's secure checkout, but nothing is due today. Cancel before renewal to avoid a charge.

Which AI providers are included?+

Reflyma queries OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Perplexity and xAI Grok through a normalized connector. Pro and Agency plans unlock the full set.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How is data retained if I cancel?+

Your reports, projects and history stay accessible — the workspace just downgrades to Free plan limits. Nothing is deleted.

Do you offer annual discounts?+

No. You can create an account, add a domain and run a scan without entering payment details.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid period; your stored runs and reports stay available.

What counts as a project?

One tracked domain with its own prompt set, competitors and history. Extra domains use extra project slots.
